This study is intended to find the equating formula for two sets of mathematics test (PGSD 2204) developed from the same test blue print. The population is the students of D2 PGSD Program taking the subject of nathematics (PGSD 2204). One hundred thirty nine studens from the two ‘UPBJJ’s namely UBJJ Bogor and UPBJJ Bandar Lampung participated as samples. Findings show that the equating formula for the sets: Test P and Test Q is Q* = 0,909P + 6,136 or P* = 1,100Q –6,748, where as the SEE[Q(Po)] = 1,151 and the SEE of [P(Qo)] = 1,263. Based on the obtained conversion formula and the SEEs, it can be concluded that: the equating formula of Q* = 0,909P + 6,136 is the best conversion equation for the tests and test P has the higher degrees of difficulty indicating that it is more difficult that Test Q.
