Globalization has influenced changes in many areas, including the changing in a labor composition. This changing of labor composition can be seen in a variety of tribes and nations in a organization. And Indonesia is a country which consists of many different tribes that contributes to the variety of many tribes in the labor composition. Labor composition has forced the organizations in managing their labors better in order to reach the competitiveness advantage. The company’s inability in managing its labor diversity could prevent the company in reaching its goal. Thus organizations have to become a multicultural organization. These organizations have to value the diversity that has been created within the workforce. One tool that can be used to reach the multicultural organization is through developing training program. By training, the human resource would change and eventually would lead to the changes in the organization structure. Hence, in relation to form a multicultural organization, the existence of training about diversity would be needed. This kind of training can be conducted in many ways. Furthermore, organizational success to become the multicultural organization not only depends on training, but also on the active role and commitment from all managers. The active role of all managers can be started with the change of management mind-set about diversity, and then transfer it to the entire organization to obtain a competitive advantageous.
