Isi artikelDetermination of neutron power spectral density using noise analysis method. Neutron power spectral density can be used for determination of kinetic or dynamic characteristic of reactor. Auto power spectral density (APSD) is a kind of power spectral density (PSD) which is used for important indication of reactor kinetic parameter. APSD isdetermined by using noise analysis method of neutron fluctuation of a neutron detector. A measurement of APSD in the power level of 23 MW has been carried out from the neutron detector JKT03 CX811 of RSG_GAS. Output of neutron voltage from that neutron detector is connected to amplifier then to Dynamic Signal Analyzer version 2 (DSA-2) for signal processing by using Fast Fourier Transporm (FFT). By using FFT, an APSD curve of JKT03 CX811 at power level of 23 MW has been determined.
