Bernard L. Weinstein is director and Harold T. Gross is assistant director of the Center for Enterprising at Southern Methodist University. Previously they were associated with the John Gray Institute, a private regional economic development organization in Beaumont, Texas-Dr. Weinstein as an assistant director and Dr. Gross as an economist. Both have written a number of articles and monographs on economic developement and regional economic change, and they are the co-authors of Regional Growth and Decline in the United States.
