The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of quality performance on both financial performance and customer satisfaction, and the impact of customer satisfaction on financial performance. The data used in this study were colected from financial, production and marketing managers of manufacture company with SNI. The data collecting was done by mail survey of 1250 questionnaries. The questionnaires applied for analysis were 149 in number. Analysis was conducted by the use of SEM with AMOS ver 5.0.
