| ICSID has jurisdiction to settle disputes before it with term if there is agreement/contract between parties to surrender dispute to ICSID. The dispute can be happened between states and company, and it is a law problem concerning investation. ICSID decision is binding and final so the parties must subject to ICSID decision. If the party does not fulfill or carry out the ICSID decision, the party will undergo loss in economic sector. |
