The Vision of Indonesia Healthy 2010 describe that Indonesian people must live in the healthy environment, which stresses on the highest Quality health services to achieve the highest healthy standard named "the clean and healthy life" program, with 10 indicators determined and basically implemented in the village. The objective of the research is to get the percentage of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (CHLB) and to find the correlation between the factors connected to the successful of the CHLB program.
