The factor, influencing the student's the student's teaching practice in vocational high school, involve curriculum, supervisor, teacher, teaching and learning process, and the students themselves. The differences in the teaching skills either related to the cognitive, affective or motorist as their basic knowledge will shape their teaching style in the classroom. The aims of this study is to observe the factors influencing the teaching skills at Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) Purnama and to see the correlation of the students motivation toward a high achievement and the basic knowledge of teaching practice.
