We derived the energy spectra of solar proton flux with energy from more than 1 MeV until more than 100 MeV which based on data monitored by GOES-10 from 1999-2004. The density of solar proton flux is negative exponential energy function. Either monthly or yearly energy spectra is dominated by energy spectra of solar proton event as well as spectra energy of July 2000 and October 2003. The amplitudo of energy spectra depends on solar activity.
