Flexibility is one of the key factor of an organization's compettitve advantage. It is necessary in all sorts of organizations and their activities, including manufcaturing companies, high tech comopanies, highly-automated companies, financial institutions and information systems. Banks too need the use of information technology in providing their speedy service and to ease information accessibility. this in turn will be their comprtitive advantage. The goal of this paper is to observe the flexibility of information technology infrastructure in banks located in Semarang. (Upload Full-Text_Ali_Desember 2023) The result of this research showed that human resources play an important role in the flexibility of information technology infrastructure. on The technical side, it is proven that those banks have the ability to add, modify and change hardware, software or data. On average, human rsource of banks in Semarang were able to adapt to changes in information technology.
