Supply chain coordination becomes strategically important as new forms of business oraganizations emerge, such as virtual enterprises, global manufacturing, logistics network, and company alliances. Managing the coordination and integration within and across companies is essential to achieve effective suppy chain management, quality of service, and company profitability. Current business environent has change the characteristic of supply chain into shared information organization and firm flexibility. Information sharing is the most important factors to effective coordination in supply chain and become the drivers to the entire supply chain systems. In order to facilitate the information sharing and information quality is needed. data were collected through mailed questionnaire to 200 firms (400 questionnaires) and direct survey to 50 firms (100 questionnaires). The total questionnaires are sent to 500 sent to the CEOs and operational managers of manufacturing firms in Indonesia. A hundred and nine reponses are returned yielding response rate 21,80%. Using that the influence factors have simultaneously significant effect on both information sharing and information quality along the supply chain partners. (Upload Full-Text_Ali_Desember 2023)
