There have been some researches studying foreign exchange exposure. Firstly of this research attempts to find out whether there exist foreign exchange exposure in agriculture, forestry and fishing, animal feed and husbandry, mining and mining service and manufacturing industries from 2002 until 2004. Secondly, it also tries to find out whether the internal factor such as, firm size, export ratio, quick ratio, book-to-market value, debt on equity ratio and earning variability, simultaneously, influence the economic exposure. Thirdly, it examines whether there factors, partically, influence the economic exposure. The sampling technique adopted is based on purpose sampling consisting 164 industries listed in the Jakarta Stock Exchange. It used Multiple Regression of Model I and Model II. Model I is used to find out whether foreign exchange exposure existed. Model II is used to examine the influence of internal factors toward the foreign exchange exposure. The results show that 1) There were 35 period of companies effected by the foreign exchange exposure; 2) The companies's financial ratios simultaneous effected by the foreign exchange exposure; 3) partially, it was found out that only the ratios of export ratio and book-to-market value influenced significantly the foreign exchange exposure.
