More than a Century ago, Karl Marx and Frederick Engels had forecasted about economic globalization. There is paradox of globalization where the rich become richer and the poor become poorer. Globalization and Liberalization are two sides of a coin that enriches an individual. Islamic economy offers a just economic system that is free of explotation, speculation, graft and others. Thus the development of islamic economy including Islamic human resources is supported by the government of Islam states through cooperation among Islamic states.
