The aim of this article is trying to critize how far the critism of corruption in Islam and what is the true term of corruption in Islamic law related to Corruption in Indonesia, as one of actual and crucial issues. According to the survey, Indonesia was placed as the most corruption country in Asian. It is a paradoxical with the reality that most of Indonesian people are Moslem. In fact, corruption not relevant to a certain religion, but depends on the human mentality.
