Leptospirosis is kind of infectious diseases, known as flood fever, exists normally after the flood, which attacks human beings and animals. The aim of this study is to examine the increasing of the leptospirosis cases in Indonesia as almost the same as in Jakarta in the year of 2003 to 2007, epidemiology, the way of transmission and it's prevention. The result shows that the highest increasing victims of Leptospirosis happended significantly in teh year of 2007 which 296 cases and 23 persons dead, and the most victims were in Jakarta.
