The knowledge on nutrient of food are need to be known by common people, this is important its related to determines of food substance will consumed, so that in this case, either insufficiency or excess can be overcome by arranging to the food men. It is undeniable that eat do not only to meet the nutrition that needed by body to healthy life, but also it influenced by tradition and culture. The aim of the research is to know how does housewife of the nutrient knowledge, arranging manner of menu in family and supplying of family's food.
