The purpose of this study is to describe the intensification of interpreneurship education for employing women at course center and its relation with the level of women learners to become self-derected workers or entrepreneurs as they really need to. The study is caried out by using qualitative explorative research approach. The tendency of entrepreneurship education is not integrated in education programme yet.
