The research area have been developed as tourism area, but does not successfully yet, and it needs to be develop. Aims of this research are : 1) to study the terrain characteristic and the quality, 2) to study the potency of terrain unit for tourism development. Survey method is used in this research. Suitability slasses for tourism development of terrain unit base on scoring method of terrain characteristics.
