Isi artikel
One of the most important and crucial questions and challenges of modern medicine is to indentify the genetic variation that causes or presdisposes to the phenotypic variation. In simple terms question is: what are the variants in the genomes of different individuals that are the molecular basis of human suffering from the myriad of common and rare disorders? This challenge is as old as medicine itself, but recent completion of the DNA sequence and on-going exploration of the human genome provides the means to anovel and powerful approach to advance our knowledge and provide some solutions to the medical problems.
