Isi artikel
Medical practice cannot depart from the at least implicit consent of person who has to be treated: a surgical operation or medical treatment carried out againts the will of the patient, or beyond his consent, is a violation of his dignity as a person. THe sick person, in such a case, would be treated as an object of medical science and not as subkect to whom is due free self-determination.
