We need to see how organisation is achieved bearing in mind the dissimilar realities of the various continents of the world, as for example is the case in Africa. The leadership group will be made up of about nine or ten people. The structures projected must be flexible and this process must always be open to dialogue in line with the various skills and responsibilities of the Catholic hospital community. We must know what kind of organisation we want, draw up the first draft of a project, formulate principles, and make clear what our purpose really is.
