The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between culture of organization with lecturer's job satisfaction. The study subject were 60 randomly sampled respondent of a private university. The study concluded that there was a positive relationship between culture of organization and lecturer's job satisfaction where Y=89,28+0,42 X at a=5 meaning with 1 unit increase in culture of organization will cause a 42 unit increase in lecturer's job satisfaction.
