The objective of the research was to explore the relation level of social-economics with health of mother and child at urban community. An analytical survey by quantitative techniques was applied in this research. Two subdistrics in Surabaya were selected based on the highest urban inmigrant community. More than 68% of respondents explained that they were imnunized TT. The traditional midwives were still prevalent in delivery services. However, more than 71%, respondents were delivered in clinics or community health centers by midwives. The immunization status, 47% their babies were fully immunizes, and 53% were not immunized or inconpletly immunized. Based on statistic test, there was significant association betwen level of father's education with immunized TT. It was recommended to improve the knowledge of the respondents by improving the frequency of counseling and guidance how to take care properly during pregnancy, delivery and after delivery.
