This article aims at explaining and analyzing the model of ARCS learning which is to be applied in physical education learning process at school. The model is being developed as an alterbative which can be used by the teachers of physical education as the basic of running good learning activities. It consists of four related components which are required in learning activities and developed based on the learning theories, they are assurance, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction.
