Menopause is one of problems faced by women when their fertility is dropping which resulting anxiety and worry, even it is often became terrible things for many women. A cross sectional research was conducted in Renon Village, South Denpasar Sub district, purposed to recognize factors influencing intercourse activity at perimenopause. the research was carried out by using quantitative approach. The sample were 77 women with age range 45 to 55 years, collected by means proportional random sampling technique. the data collecting by interview was using questionnaire and was statistically analyzed using ordinal regression test. physical changes was the most influence variable to intercourse on women in menopause time (p<0,05). While variables of physical factor , children number, contraseptional used, readiness to encounter menopause through and phsychological changes are not related with couple intercourse. Women who experienced menopaused time should seek information about menopause through electronic media or mass media such as watching TV or listening to radio released program about menopause and reading books and tabloid which reviewing about menopause.
