There are many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Yogyakarta. This research focus on handicraft industry especially for Mapping MSME in organization work system. The analysis result was shown that as profile 63 respondents can be described that (55.56% as male worker), education level (49.20% high school graduated), work duration (68% least than 5 years), Graduation year (66.66% is over 1990s), Departement (82.54% work at design and production), and level course (41.27% never getcourse). Main problem in complexity dimension is the MSME has simple criteria for quality, production, order, and raw material inventory. Main problem in formalization dimension is the MSME has simple standard form analysis for quality, production, order, and raw material inventory. Main problem in centralization is owner has center for decision making.
