Pedoman Penggolongan dan Diagnosis Gangguan Jiwa III (PPDGJ III) is a guide to classify and diagnose for mental disorders in Indonesia. The PPDGJ III uses an atheoretically approach, it is not based on a specific theory or pathophysiology process. In PPDGJ III, the diagnose process is based on some evidences which had been manifested by the guide and then what kind of disorder can be concluded. So, if some new evidences appear and those evidences are not accommodated in PPDGJ III yet, the diagnose process will be so difficult. In this research, it has been built a web base Clinical Group Decision Support System (CGDSSS) to diagnose a non psychotic disorder. The diagnose process based on a knowledge base that was built from compromise of some decision maker (i.e.pyschiarist or psychologist) by fuzzy multi atribute decision making (FMADM) concept. The result of this research show that system had have a completely knowledge base enough to diagonose a patient. The system is also user friendly for a psychiatrist and psychologist to make an anamnesis, diagnose and therapy to his patient.
