Isi artikelThe wraparound process has become an important component of many public sector service delivery systems. In this study, a multiple baseline design across participants and behaviors was used to examine the effects of wraparound services on the adjustment of four adolescents with severe emotional disturbance at imminent risk of long-term residential placement. Dependent measures were collected on a daily basis for I year in the areas of compliance, appropriate peer interactions, extreme verbal abuse, alcohol/drug use, and physical aggression. The Child and Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale was also administered prebaseline and then quarterly throughout the study. Significant sequential effects across subjects and behaviors were immediately achieved and maintained over time. lnterobserver agreement, expert ratings on the integrity of the independent variable, and follow-up data are presented.
