The usage of uniform lime grids as scheduling mode/foundation of hatch chemical process industry could trouble the making process of actual schedule based on model solution. This problem will present when time parameters had be rounding before enter the model. An algorithm is being proposed to handle this problem. The principle of this algorithm is minimizing process slack time and avoiding waiting time constraint (zero wait and finite wait) violation while the batch sequence of model solution had not changed Slack time minimization carried by local left shift operation, which is shifting to the left a process without change the process sequence. These operations conduct in groups according to reduce the number of shifting operation and reduce effort to check precedence while doing the shifting operation.
