In Many states in the Third World, politics up still now dominated by military. Although the military is not always harm to the civil society, but the military government in view is an undemocratic system. Therefore the military intervention in politics is a crucial point in the process of political development in each state. Basically, there are some reasons of the military intervention in politics, such as psichological reason, hictorical reason, and objective reason or social and political disorder. Finally, it can be concluded that military is a determinant factor, if not the vangurd in democratization or in the process of political development in most of the Third World states. In this context, the good will of the military to push on political development will determine the progess can be reachable.
