As we know that the flow of the transportation from Merak to Bakauheni and vice versa is becoming more and more. Flow of course needs full attention ezpecially from the government under the department of communication. This is because of the growth of the economy, such as the trade between Java-Sumatera, the travels among domestic and international tourists, and also reseachers to seek knowledge rom both Island, and many other importances. To answer theses needs, the department of communication via ASDP is expected to increase its service in all aspects. An example of those, is the kinds of the Ferry ships which are operating now are not the same (the ages, the sizes, the qualities, and other). In this research, it is expected that the kinds of all the ships to be the same besides the other aspect like the placement of the proffesional cruse and employees in giving services to the consumers.
