Each Organization has cultural organization in which its value should be maintain. Cultural Organization is a system amicably accepted by the member. Semilarly, the cooperation is one of social organization economically has also cultural value in which necessary to be developed until the activities can be derected to be effective, the way to achieve it is to cultirate the sense of belonging regardless the Nations, interest as well as the group. The above mentioned sense of belonging of the member each other to build the organization to achieve the common interest.
