Coffee in one of Indonesi main export commodity, but lack of its quality still become principle weakness of Indonesia's coffee in international market. Therefore, improving quality of coffee will be conducted continuously especially in farmer level. The result of this study showed that coffee quality of different peeling method high significant influenced toward selling price in farmer level. Nevertheless, most farmers still to peel coffee traditionally. It caused by information of difference price which related to coffee quality had not been known by farmers. In addition, it was more beneficial to the farmers whose had few product to peel their coffee traditionally due to that activity had zero opportunity.
