Security for safety and healthy works is important for labour, because, having safety works, labour will feel secure in doing the job. Up to know, rate of accident is still high, particularly in the construction sector. Security for safely and healthy works is desirable by every labour. This is implied within Basic Law, Year 1945, article 27 section 2, which stated that : "Every citizen has a right upon Job and living properly for human being". Government as a party responsible for securing the safety and the healthy works, has issued regulation aimed to protect labour, among other Law No. 1 Year 1970. Concerning safetyworks etc. however, there are still many building construction company which are lacking of considering safety works. Therefore, the government should act accordingly with giving sanction to the companies which are not carried out overall safety works yet in the companies. Education, training, supervision and cooperation between parties responsible for handling security for safety works is highly required, in order to achieve safety works in each company.
