Leadership involves influencing others to act toward the attainment of company goal. Effective leadership has capability to influence company taking it toward growth and profitability. A leader is said to be effective, if he / she has leadership in core competence such as in empowerment, intuition, self understanding, vision, value congruence; has ability to use type of power depending on needs; has ability to implement leadership style depending on situation; can build trustworthy culture and motive members, so thay they have commitment to achieve company goals.
