The use of Indonesian language in the correspondence is related to type of letter or messages the writer would like to convey. The language itself all over the world in used as a means of communication between the writer's and the reader. The information expected by the reader must be in line with the writer expression so that communication is effective. Nowadays, letter in spite of its strengths and weakness, are mainly used in the business world for information transmission. This article will discuss about business letters such as inquiry, quotation, orders and its fulfillment, invoice, acknowledgement, application, invitations and claims.
