The progress of space technology indicates rapid development in the last decade. However, no regulation have been noted related to environmental preservation. Space activities in Indonesia have influenced environmental aspects such as traffic noise and flight cargo carrying dangerous substances. Nuclear sources in outer space, the ozone damage and radio spectrum interference were caused by increased satellite launching into outer space. All activities have impacted directly life on earth. Exisiting regulations still separate several paragraphs related to environmental prservation that needs to be formulated in a separate regulation.
