Populism economic order is a democratic - cooperative order that stands on ordinary people's side. It has characteristics that are contextual to the cooperative culture, put more stress on the needs than wants, empower effective technologies, local content and social control to development processes and result. The system requires the existence of a more democratic political system. But as the democratic system chosen by many nations is paradoxical and has a weak nature to do, accommodate and bear public policy. That is why social power in the form of associations, ccoperative bodies, and other non political parties need to have the right to directly evaluate the running public policy and development. The role is really depend on organic intellectuals that takes the society's side and also on the their leadership capability.
