International terrorism is the dominant public issue recently. The publishing of the regulation of Antiterrorism by Goverment follows it. It creates a problem when terrorism issues were related to religion, and in turn becoming complicated because of assuming that terrorism is an international conspiracy and sacred drives. The article explains that the causes of terrorism; these are (1) the chronicle situation that threat people, (2) solidarism among people who have similar religion and (3) religious-nationalism.
