The incidence of Prune-Belly syndrome (PBS) is 1 in 35,000 to 50,000 live births. It characterized by three main signs : defiency of the abdominal muscles, undescended testis, and abnormality of the urinary tract. A 2.6 years-old boy was diagnosed with PBS. He presented with right lateral abdominal enlargement and urinary in continence. The diagnosis, was made base on the physical examinations and laboratory findings, was performed abdominal tumor. At 9 days hospitalization, the physicians suspected PBS.
