This article concerns the report of research on the analysis toward some variables influencing the frequency of visiting the fast-food franchise, McDonal's at, especially Plaza Surabaya. The variables analysed are product, price, promotion, place, life style (as independent vatriables) and the frequency of visiting (as dependent variable). Primary data were collected by using questionnaires given to the respondents in Surabaya involving the youth (pupils and students), young couples of marriage and those with children. Secondary data were also used such as references from various sources. By using F test and t test, it can be concluded that all variables analysed together have no influence toward the frequency of visiting, but when they are analysis partially, the promotion is considered dominant. Another important conclusion is that when all anlysed, the variation of frequency of visiting is 12,24% while the rest of 87,76% influenced by other variables outside.
