Corruption behavior in the local autonomous era is still deeply rooted. The corruption behavior has become a public secret and occurs almost in every regency or municipality governmental level at a various aspects of life: social, economic and politic of the society. It is shown by some empirical facts about Corruption in Indonesia. The existing tendency of corruption behavior in local autonomous era, besides caused by the society's socio-economic-cultural factor, it also caused by the ineffectiveness of KKN (Crrruption, Collusion and Nepotism) fighting strategy. Because of this fact, it is needed a both long-term and short-term set of policies that is holistic in nature, in order to fight the KKN behavior in Indonesia.
