`Pengamen' is one of music performance that we can see spread in many space in side town bus, train, café, restaurant, and other place. They have many personality in same time, like an organizing many people in a performing art. In same time them must to be an artist, manager, treasure, staf administrator, master of ceremony, vocalist, musician, and trainer. Pengamen to be suvervisor for himself and build network, territory, and audience. For this case, pengamen has a strategy to manage himself depend to them goal setting. For a research about manage¬ment performing arts, pengamen can represent it.
