The research population for this study is class II of stuent SMU I and II Banda Aceh. The respondents is children whose mother is working outdoor. The each school taken by counted 30 respondents, there were 60 respondents. After analyzing the data, the resurs show, that the outdoor working mother provide more motivations and complete the education for their children.
