“Traffic Jam” in Jakarta has been found to be so awful. This happened in almost corners of the road in a rush hour. The government is trying to provide the solution through busway implementation. Also, it is hoped that the performance of the solution will have positive effects on reducing the personal-driving. This research aims at modelling the real system of busway operational in order to analyze its performance. The busway system would be run by simulating in ARENA 5.0. Here, the research will focus on the average customer waiting time. The result will be compared to the ideal waiting time (3.5 minutes). To achieve the improvement of the real system, three kinds of scenarios are proposed. The findings of the experiment execution are found to relatively support the research goal by choosing the best result of all scenarios compared to the present system. Scenario 1 resulted in the improvement for the most significant stations (Jelambar forwarded to Pasar Baru) by 2,74%, scenario 2 resulted in 6,22% improvement, and scenario 3 resulted in 5,97% improvement. Afterward, by implementing Bonferroni approach, this study showed that the second and third scenario are better than the first. It is suggested that the second scenario is better than the third one because it has higher improvement.
