Power line carrier technique is a method to transmit information signal trough power line network. This research implemented the power line carrier receiver to receive audio information. There are three main processes such as: demodulating that used phase-locked loop, amplifying that used differential-amplifier and separating that used medium transformer. The result showed that all main process can be developed and done well. The operation frequency is 225,6 kHz, with resonance frequency of MF transformer is 174,8kHz. The range of locked frequency is 174,8kHz to 237,6kHz. The best quality of receiving audio is 0,62Vpp of maximum input amplitude
