Rapid change of environment may affect the life of an organization. IT (Information Technology) as part of the environment causes the change of an organization. In the development of IT, the beginning of its application was limited only for certain functions such as accounting, financial and production system, Nowadays it is more widely used and almost all of the society motly depend on the IT very much. In order to maximize the use of IT in an organization for long term, we needs not only good and overall plans for it but also its socialization and well prepared experts to handle it. The use ot IT may increase the working efficiency broaden the organization, change the working and controlling networks, and support the strategic ideas.
