Shock is a medical emergency which needs correct diagnosis and rapid treatment. From the electro-medical point of view there are two aspects : electrical and magnetical process is in the body,particularly in the body surface. Electrical shock such as pain sensation in sensoric nervous system is caused by a sudden onset of electrical current in the body. High voltage electric current touched by the body will affect the normal regular sinus rhythm of the heart and main give rise to fatal ventricular fibrillation. Factors influencing the occurrence of shock and its effect to the body must be analyzed to get treatment; shock prevention caused by electric current must be programmed, particularly for electrical operator working properly managed with the electrical equipments. Care should taken into account in using electric current at home as well as in medical procedures in using electric shock treatment.
