This paper describes the general overview of Adaptive Control and its various forms, especially Self Tuning Control. Before the Adaptive Control, PID Controller will be presented first, i.e., that is still used until now. This paper shows that Adaptive Controller gives many advantages more than PID Controller do to the system.
