One of important terms of cellular mobile communication systems is handoff. Handoff is the movement of cellular mobile communication systems user from a cell to another. Some factors could cause the fault of handoff. It causes call dropping. In general, users are much more disappointed because of the fault of handoff call than the fault of originating call. Thus, it is important to find method, which provides to priorities for handoff call in order to reduce the blocking probability of handoff call. This research paper proposes new method of reducing call dropping which at most caused by the fault of handoff call.
